Small World Adventures invites you to challenge yourself with us on some of the world's most appealing rivers. Since 1993 we have been exploring Ecuador's whitewater and spend 6 months there each winter, using the knowledge gained on over 70 runs to lead the best kayaking and rafting trips possible. Each season we probe new rivers and design unique adventure tours that aren't offered anywhere else. Besides adding new runs, hidden side-hikes and off-river tours to existing trips we have a the ultimate kayaking trip: river/beach combo which is bound to become a popular winter vacation. In addition we have designed a rafting schedule to allow friends and family to kayak or raft on the same trip and ACA Instructor Certification and Swiftwater rescue courses in warm water! SWA pioneered commercial kayaking in Ecuador and continues to lead the way with innovative whitewater tours.
To ensure the best experience possible for our guests, Small World Adventures has built an exclusive riverside lodge and cabins in an area with fantastic rivers but lacking in quality accommodations. It is hands down the best kayak and rafting lodge in the tropics! We also have the largest, most up to date, fleet of kayaks to choose from in the country and probably all of Latin America. In response to current economic trends in the USA and the world SWA has maintained prices for the last six years to allow you easier access to the outstanding rivers of Ecuador. We haven't cut quality or services to achieve this, if anything we are striving harder than ever to provide the most innovative and fun instruction and vacation program available.
